Sorting: The 30-Second Rule
You don't need to do a full sort before your CICLA pickup. For wash & fold, simply separate lights from darks if you want them washed separately (our separate wash service handles up to 30 lbs at $79.50). For a mixed wash (up to 15 lbs, $39.75), everything can go in together.
What Goes in the Bag
Everyday items: T-shirts, jeans, casual shirts, underwear, socks, athletic wear — all perfect for wash & fold.
What to keep out: Anything labeled "dry clean only," structured garments (suits, blazers), silk or delicate items. These should be set aside for dry cleaning.
Prepping Your Dry Cleaning
For dry cleaning items, you can leave them on hangers or folded — our driver will handle them separately. If you have specific instructions (stain on the left cuff, please press the collar flat), leave a note in the bag or mention it in your booking notes.
The CICLA Bag System
Our branded CICLA bags are included with bundle purchases and available separately. They're designed to be: - Breathable (no moisture buildup) - Clearly labeled (your name and order number) - Reusable (durable enough for weekly use)
Timing Your Pickup
Schedule your pickup for a time when you'll have a full bag — typically once a week for most households. Our drivers are available 7am–10pm, 7 days a week. Same-day pickup is available when booked before noon.
